1. Yoga and Pranayama Instructor - conducting yoga sessions for a group of 10 people, five days in a week in “Aditya Garden Society Hall”, Karve Nagar Pune, for a year from Nov 2017 – Oct 2018.

2. Yoga and Pranayama Instructor - conducting yoga sessions Five days in a week in Metropolice “Splendour” Hinjewadi IT for a year from Dec 2017 – Jan 2019.

3. Personal Yoga Instructor to Mr. Marthu Shanbhag from Feb 2019 till date.

4. Yoga Instructor at “Divyasparsha Yoga Therapy Center “ Bavdhan, Pune from April 2019 till date.

5. Associated with UrbanClap as a Yoga instructor for more than one and half years taking daily Yoga sessions at home.

6. Practicing Ayurvedic Neurotherapy on people suffering from back pain, knee pain, cervical pain and frozen shoulder and for those who are suffering from ailments and unable to do exercises/yoga. After gaining relief, they will be taught yogasanas as a part of their daily exercises.

Responsibilities in all the above job profiles:

• Teaching different Yogic practices to the group according to the number of people.

• Customize meditation and yoga sessions according to learner profile and physical & psychological needs.

• Promote balance of the body and mind through effective teaching and demonstrations.

• Prepare class content and format appropriately for student level and style or type of yoga class.

• Demonstrate techniques and methods of exercise and meditation

• Maintain positive relationships with members to encourage continuous class attendance

• Provide health & wellness information and address any concerns.
