Online Yoga Training Experience

There are an equal number of people utilising the online platform for yoga as those who come in-person. People in the same city as the consultant are opting for this.

Why?

Saves traveling time and cost

hence less energy spent,

Remain in the comfort of one’s home, flexible timing, adhering to time.

It’s not very different from the traditional method of doing classes.

You don’t have to tech-savy to take classes online!

The consultant and client meets on the pre-set date & time (that’s mutually convenient). Case history/report is collected before-hand to maximise on the call time.

The video call begins.

Prasnam: Relevant questions may be asked.

Darsanam: The client may be asked to assume certain positions for observation.

Based on the available information, a yoga course is designed and taught. It may include any or all components of traditional astanga yoga (practice of asana, pranayama, dhayana, etc) and suggestions on ahara & vihara (food and lifestyle) if it will contribute towards overall wellness.

All information collected is kept confidential. The more information that is shared by the client, the better. It helps gme understand the core issue at hand and devise the course.
