How it works
1. Sign up
Vaidyas can sign for Satva Digi Clinic and we will provision your account.
2. Make it yours!
Add professional bio, certificates, clinic logo, fees and consultation hours. And a Vaidya is ready for patients!
3. Invite your patients
Vaidya adds their patient's e-mail, and an automated invitation email is sent to the patient to sign up and join the Digi Clinic to book appointments.
4. Consult securely online
Patient can make a payment to book an appointment. Vaidya joins the video consultation on Satva Portal and the patient joins through Satva User App to have a secure video consultation online.
5. Enjoy electronic records
Vaidya submits e-prescription after a consultation and patients can access this anytime, anywhere on Satva User App under Wellness Plan.
6. Get paid monthly
We charge a 10% commission on each consultation booked on Satva and the payment gateway charges 2-5% for transfer. We will transfer the fee after the commission and transaction charge on 5th of the following month.
